Sweet Chili Aioli is one of the easiest recipes to make because it’s basically a mayo and sweet chili sauce mixture. I learned this recipe from years of working at Kelsey’s Restaurant. The restaurants signature sweet chili was one of my favorite sauces and I used it for everything. Then, my friend David unexpectedly mixed it with some mayo and BAM! Sweet Chili Aioli was blissfully created and this is great for all types of sandwiches, or other delicious meals.
1 Cup Mayo
3 TB Sweet Chili
Yield: 6 TB Servings
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until smooth or use a spoon and mix up.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
