This wrap is inspired from all those cold wraps that I used to get at breakfast joints, which is basically a chicken salad wrap. Cold wraps are great because you can eat them on the go and don’t have to worry about heating them up. Less maintenance which is great for hikes, picnics, etc. This is my twist to the chicken salad wrap replacing the mayo with the tahini and bam this delicious cold wrap was born!
Ingredients:
2 Cups of Cooked Chicken
1 Bunch Green Onions
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
8 TB Tahini
1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
4 Tortilla Wraps
Yield: 4 wraps

Directions:
- Chop up the chicken, Green Onions, Cilantro and Bell Peppers into small pieces.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except for the wrap.
- Place a tortilla wrap on a plate and spread some of the mixtures on the wrap and simply roll. Roll as tight as possible to avoid the filling becoming loose.
- Slice into small pieces and arrange on a plate, seam side down.
- Enjoy
