The Facts

According to World Health Organization: 81% of the world's adolescent population 11 and 17 years old & 28% of adults aged 18 and over were insufficiently physically active.

Is this a Problem Or Opportunity ?

Physical inactivity is one of the leading risk factors for noncommunicable diseases mortality. People who are insufficiently active have a 20% to 30% increased risk of death compared to people who are sufficiently active.

The problem is, for many of us, exercise can be boring and repetitive. But it doesn’t have to be anymore. Research says one way to sustain a workout program is to make it fun. And who doesn't love playing board games!

Bringing The Play Back Into Exercise

Putting an element of fun into exercise is vital to keep your interest so we gamified fitness so it doesn’t feel like your working out, it feels like your playing a board game!

And with kids, they love to have fun and love competition and BoardGains is a new board game that combines fun with fitness.

Exposing Boardgains to the youth will help develop a positive relationship with fitness by making working out fun.

With less screen time & more gains time this will help combat & lower the inactivity rates for adolescents and in the future adults.

Our Social Impact Initiative started October 2022
How We Give

For every 500 games we sell. We choose a new school or charitable organization that offers youth fitness options and we donate games for the coaches and the facility. In addition to the games, we provide a 90 minute Training + Workout to the staff on how to use and implement Boardgains.

We do this because the more we give, the greater the impact we can have on making fitness fun for everyone especially those who teach the youth!
