The competition was heated especially between the trainers. Roll the dice move your number and do the exercise you land on. 30 minutes non stop. I finished 10 rounds, Luthu 8 rounds and Tammy 7. Even with the 40 burpees that was thrown at me, Easy Game #boardgains #somuchfun #superfit #sweatybetty #nonstop #inittowinit🏆🏅 #competitionready💪

Another AMAZING night of @precisionelitetraining , Outdoor bootcamp SQUAD BATTLES!! The defending Champions TEAM PUNISHER were dethroned tonight by the ELITE squad TEAM GREEN & BLACK who came back after 3 plank penalties to win it all with 14 GAINS!!! All teams played hard and succeeded in beating the 10 GAINS challenge in 45 min. Congrats to everyone who came out aced showed that they are making huge progress in their fitness journey.
